Founded in 1985, we aim to preserve and enhance the living experience in our beautiful community.

Our history is very rich and worth protecting and respecting - it predates the early 1900’s! Building community and helping with civic work requires a sincere love and interest in your neighborhood. Through informative meetings and events, we strive to keep our area vibrant and see where it can improve. Our boundaries are: Colfax on the south, W 29th on the north, Federal on the east, Sheridan on the west.
